Tranzovia is currently hiring reliable and hardworking Logistics Assistants to support our warehouse and transportation teams. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with little to no formal education or logistics experience. The role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day logistics activities, including loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks and cargo containers
• Help warehouse staff with organizing, labeling, and sorting inventory
• Use hand tools and basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Move packages, boxes, and pallets using trolleys and pallet jacks
• Assist drivers during deliveries or pickups when required
• Clean and maintain the work area to ensure safety and organization
• Report any damages, delays, or issues to the supervisor
• Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear when needed

Job Requirements

1. Physically fit and able to lift up to 25–30 kg
2. Willingness to work in different shifts, including weekends
3. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
4. Ability to follow basic instructions in English or Lithuanian
5. Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy
6. No formal education or work experience required

Working Conditions

• Work is mostly performed in warehouses, loading docks, and storage yards
• You may be required to work outdoors or in cold/hot weather based on job assignments
• Protective clothing (gloves, safety shoes, vests) will be provided
• Shift-based work (morning/evening), with overtime options available
• Supervised work environment with guidance and training
