Job Overview

Tranzovia is seeking professional, well-spoken individuals to join our growing team as Customer Support Executives for English-speaking clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues, and providing clear and courteous assistance. Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls in English
  2. Respond to queries related to shipments, orders, delays, and services
  3. Communicate with internal departments to resolve client issues
  4. Record and update customer interactions in the system
  5. Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
  6. Escalate complex cases to supervisors or technical teams when necessary
  7. Follow company protocols and call scripts to ensure service quality
  8. Provide information about company services, tracking, and updates
  9. Handle basic complaints and offer resolutions or compensation when approved

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in any field (Business, Communication, IT, etc. preferred)
  • Fluency in English (C1 or higher level—both verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Confident in handling live calls and emails professionally
  • Good typing speed and basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, CRM tools)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet call-handling targets
  • Prior customer support or call center experience is a plus
  • Flexible to work in rotating shifts or weekends if required
