Tranzovia is hiring forklift operators to join our growing logistics team in Lithuania. This role is crucial in ensuring safe, efficient handling and movement of cargo and warehouse inventory. Main Responsibilities

As a warehouse worker, your daily tasks may include:

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport goods
• Move stock and materials efficiently to assigned areas within the warehouse
• Safely stack and organize inventory on shelves, racks, or pallets
• Check loads for accuracy and report damaged or missing items
• Assist with warehouse inventory counts and quality control tasks
• Maintain equipment by conducting daily inspections and reporting issues
• Follow safety standards and warehouse operating procedures at all times
• Collaborate with warehouse team and supervisors for smooth workflow

Job Requirements

1. Must hold a valid forklift operator’s license (EU-recognized or international certificate)
2. Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and equipment
3. Physically fit and able to lift or move heavy materials when required
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
5. Basic understanding of English or Lithuanian for safety and task instructions
6. Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination
7. Strong attention to detail and safety-focused mindset

Working Conditions

• Indoor warehouse operations, occasional outdoor duties in delivery areas
