Tranzovia is actively seeking skilled and responsible Heavy Truck Drivers (HTV) to join our logistics operations in Lithuania. You will play a key role in transporting goods across local and regional routes safely and efficiently.

Applicants must hold a valid international driving license or a recognized HTV license accepted in Europe. Prior truck-driving experience is preferred, but not required for candidates who demonstrate safe driving skills and a strong work ethic.

Main Responsibilities

As a warehouse worker, your daily tasks may include:

• Operate heavy trucks to transport goods between warehouses, ports, and client locations
• Inspect the vehicle before and after trips (fuel, oil, brakes, tires)
• Load and unload cargo when required, ensuring safety and accuracy
• Follow assigned routes and meet delivery timelines
• Keep daily driving logs and delivery records
  Follow traffic laws and company safety rules
• Communicate with dispatch and warehouse staff for smooth deliveries
• Report vehicle maintenance issues immediately
• Perform basic maintenance like refueling, cleaning, and tire checks

Job Requirements

• Must hold a valid HTV or International Driving License
• Clean driving record preferred (no serious traffic violations)
• Able to drive long hours, including intercity or overnight routes
• Good sense of direction and map-reading skills
• Reliable, responsible, and professional behavior
• Must pass a basic medical and driving assessment before starting
• Basic understanding of GPS or route-following apps

Working Conditions

1. Long-distance and short-distance trips across Lithuania and nearby countries
2. Working hours may include early mornings, late evenings, or weekends
3. Some routes may require overnight stays (accommodation provided)
4. Vehicle and fuel expenses are covered by the company
5. Drivers are assigned a regular truck and route based on performance
