Tranzovia is looking for hardworking and reliable Warehouse Workers (laborers) to join our growing logistics team. This is an important role where you will help us move, load, and organize goods inside our warehouse and shipping facilities.

You do not need any formal education or previous experience. If you are physically fit, ready to work hard, and want a stable job with a good team, we’d love to hear from you!

Main Responsibilities

As a warehouse worker, your daily tasks may include:

• Loading and unloading containers, trucks, and pallets
• Sorting, labeling, and stacking products
• Picking and packing orders for delivery
• Moving goods using trolleys or pallet jacks (training provided)
• Assisting forklift operators and warehouse supervisors
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Following basic safety rules and instructions from team leaders

What We’re Looking For

• Physically fit and able to lift packages up to 25 kg
• Willing to work on your feet for long hours
• Punctual, responsible, and a team player
• Basic understanding of instructions (English or Lithuanian preferred)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Can work in cold, warm, or noisy environments depending on the warehouse

Working Conditions

• Full-time job with stable hours (8–10 hours per shift)
• Work may include daytime or nighttime shifts
• Overtime may be available based on workload
• All protective gear (gloves, vests, shoes) provided
• Training provided for safety, lifting, and tools
